SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE USPS priority or FedEx ground shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Orders below $75 are charged $8 for either USPS, FedEx or UPS ground shipping.

We also offer flat rate expedited FedEx services: $20 for 2nd Day Air, and $35 for Overnight on all orders.

For shipping to a PO Box, we use only USPS priority shipping.

 

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). Transit time for ground shipments (economy and standard) will vary depending on your location but will fall within the ranges listed below.

Expedited shipping methods (such as FedEx 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air), ship the same day for in-stock orders placed by 1:00 pm EST.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information is available on the shipper’s website and we’ll supply you with that link.

 

Same Day Courier Service
We offer a $15 flat rate same-day-courier service for our New York City customers, from Battery Park to 96th street. Simply choose "COURIER SERVICE" as a shipping method during checkout, and enter the delivery address as the shipping address. Same-day orders must be placed before 10 AM (M-F) and we'll send you an e-mail confirmation to let you know when your parcel is on its way to you.


International Shipping

Currently, we accept Canadian orders directly via our site. If you would like us to ship your order to another country or have questions about shipments to Military APO/FPO addresses, get in touch via phone or email for delivery quotes. There is no free shipping on international orders.

 

CUSTOMS + DUTIES
Orders going to destinations outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for any fees associated with releasing your order from customs (e.g. import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to).


DELIVERY ESTIMATES + POSSIBLE DELAYS:
Standard estimated delivery time on orders shipping to Canada is 7-10 days.

If you'd like an estimated delivery time on an order shipping to another destination, please get in touch via phone or email

International shipping time estimates give a general timeline of a parcel's ETA. However, when the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures which may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.


Return Policy

If it doesn't fit, isn't right, or you just aren't totally in love with new pieces, most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you want to talk about what didn't work (and why) we might be able to suggest a replacement. Just get in touch with one of our customer care experts via phone, or email and we can help you find something you love.  If you are returning for a refund we will deduct the cost of the delivery on a free shipment; on a credit for a replacement, we will not charge for the original delivery.
 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
  • Purchased less than 30 days ago

  • Has not been worn, altered or washed

  • Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached

  • Must have the original receipt

  • Underwear has been tried on over your own


How do I make a Return?

It's easy to return your items in just a few steps:

1. Just send back via any major carrier (USPS is best and cheapest) and include a copy of your receipt with the reason why and anything you would want to exchange it for.
2. Indicate whether you'd like a store credit or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Carefully pack up the items you're returning in the original packaging, or your own, to keep them safe in transit.
4. We will process your return once it is received.
